Title: Enter the social links title.
Description: Insert the caption for the widget.
Facebook Page URL: simply the name of your page placed right after the web address of Facebook.

Twitter Page URL: Your full Twitter URL appears immediately below the Username box in this format: http://twitter.com/username.

Youtube Page URL: Sign in to YouTube Studio.
From the left Menu, select Customization and then Basic info. Under Channel URL, you can view and copy your Channel URL

Pinterest Page URL: To retrieve the URL of your Pinterest profile: Sign in to your Pinterest account. Click your profile picture at the top right. Copy the URL in the browser address bar.

Google Plus Page URL: to get my Google+ URL?
In case you don’t know what your Google+ profile URL is, here is what you can do: Log into your Google Plus account. Hover mouse over your profile picture and a drop down menu will appear. Click View Profile in the drop down menu and look at the URL in the address bar at the top

Instagram Page URL: You can get your Instagram link if you tap the Share icon. There you will find the option Copy. Tap it, and you will have the Instagram profile link in your clipboard.

Alignment: Align the content to the right, left or center.
Style: Select from the dropdown list: Icon & Text
